• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per business entity. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Business Listings

When creating or managing a business listing, you agree that:

• Accuracy Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information in your listing, including business name, description, contact details, services offered, and images.
• You must have the authority to list the business and its details.
• Listings must not contain false, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Images must be owned by you or used with proper authorisation.
• Listings must comply with all applicable UK laws, including advertising standards and consumer protection regulations.
• We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Site to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Site or its users' systems.
